September 14, 2017 marked the end of the first year of Mona Daniella's death in the Hebrew calendar. In the Gregorian calendar it will be in 8 days. We miss her now much more than when she left us. A special thank you to Mona Daniella's friend Jasper who came to New York for the prayers.
There will be a memorial in honor of Mona Daniella's (z"l) in December - she was an activist for many causes, among them in the JYQ - a youth lgbt organization in Queens, New York. JYQ will be honoring her on December 10, 2017 for those interested in attending. Please let us know if you would like to come. Thank you.
Mona Daniella was a sensitive, gentle, kind, and caring person. She epitomized "Chessed", Loving-Kindness. She fought extremely hard. In a 2014 email I wrote to her that she was the bravest, the brightest, the most determined and the most resilient. Indeed she was. And much more.
