Mona loved Legos, the most intricate ones. She was proud of finishing the the Tower Bridge of London (4287 pieces), with a drawbridge that really opens. (with four miniature vehicles: a black London taxi, a traditional red double-decker bus, a yellow truck and a green automobile). In one of those Legos, she found out that 14 white pieces were missing. She wrote to the President of Lego; an envelope with the 14+ pieces was shipped to her right away. She was amazed by their customer service... Brooklyn, NY 2016
